INGREDIENTS

- Wheat Flour – 3 cup
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- Food color – 1/2 tsp
- Water – 1-1/4 cup
- Butter – 1/2 cup
FOR TREACLE
- Sugar – 2-1/2 cup
- Water – 1-1/2 cup
- Cardamom pods – 5
RECIPE
- First, we will prepare a mixture for the dough. Mix wheat flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and food color together
- Now mix water and butter together and add dry ingredients to it
- Gently make a dough with soft hands to have crispy flakes
- Now make dough balls and fry them
- Make treacle on medium flame with water, sugar, and cardamom pods
- Now dip fried balushahi in treacle
- Bring them out and serve them in a dish
